843-473-4036 Has called my number 8 times. I looked it up and it says it's from Manning Office - Santee Electric Cooperative Highway 261, Manning, SC 29102 I have service with this electric company, so I called it back to find out what was going on. The person I spoke to said they wanted to offer me a "free" cruse, just for my feed back. I declined the offer, and he wanted to transfer me to a "specialist", I declined again and said, "please just take me off of your calling list." and he hung up. END of call.
