A Guys Voice Left VMsg on My VSystem. Stated, "Ok, We Will Just Contact the Appropriate Authorities". (I LAUGHED, B/C THEY DIDNT STATE ANYTHING OF PURE FACTS FOR WHY THEIR CALL TO ME, NOR EVEN THEIR VERY OWN...(GOOGLE SEARCHABLE) AUTHENTIC BUSINESS NAME. OBVIOUSLY, JUST ANOTHER SCAMMER!! [I STRONGLY ADVISE; IF YOU GET A CALL FROM THEM...BLOCK THEM, AND DON'T EVEN ANSWER THEIR CALLS]!! ((IT APPEARS AS IF ITS A SOUTH CAROLINA #, BUT WITH DEEPER RESEARCH...ITS ACTUALLY A SPOOFED USA #, POSSIBLE EVEN ROBOCALLER, SETUP AS THEIR DIALER...& LASTLY, INSTEAD, THEY ARE ACTUALLY FROM JAPAN))!! BEWARE!!!!

I received a call and a message was left. They are looking for my sister. So I called them back and said this is my sister. The next words out of my mouth is was, "first of all I will be reporting you for making a threat and leaving it on my VM" they hung up and must have blocked my number. I called back 8 times and keeps going to their VM. DO NOT BE AFRAID WITH THEIR MESSAGE. NO AGENCY OR GOVERMENT COLLECTION AGENCY will ever scare you with reporting you to the authorities.

I didn't answer. They left a recording about a formal complaint being filed against my sister, and if I know her whereabouts to call their number or their next step will be notifying the proper authorities.
