Duke Power calls many times and stops ringing after 2 rings. Very, Very annoying. How can I block this number?

They call a lot and hang up after a couple of rings. How can I block this number?
She called, I answered. She asked for my spouse and was rude when I told her he was at work so I told her quit calling bit_h and I hung up and blocked the number.
Caller: Have no clue but was a woman.
Missed a call from this number that shows "Duke Power". Tried calling back, not a working number.
Wants to give me and 19 others free solar power before Duke Power makes it impossible
