Called me several times. I dialed number back and get message that number is no good or weird static noise, definitely a scam!!!

Called my MOM 8 times yesterday, back to back 4 different times! Leaves no message!!!

Called twelve times today. Sometimes back-to-back. Not on Caller ID. Let machine pick-up. They hang on just long enough to trigger a "message" on the machine. However, they never leave a message. Very annoying! From 1-800 notes site, quite a few people state that it is a "survey" for timeshares. Others state it's a political call. I have not answered, so I don't know.
