The recorded message says, "This is Account Services calling." It goes on to say that the call is the "...final notice..." to lower the interest rate on my credit card. A person I spoke to said that their company was given my phone number directly from Visa Card Services. I called Visa to confirm this. The Visa representative said that was not true, and that Visa would never give an outside party my information for the purpose of lowering my interest rate.

It is a pre-reorded message from "Tiffany" or "Rachel" for Credit Card Services...when I hit "1" to get a "live" person asking to be removed from their listing they hang up on me. I then block their number and within a day or two receive the same phone call on another number. I do not have a history of all the calls but I do have their phone numbers.

This company repeatedly robo calls me even though I have asked them in >12 separate phone calls to stop calling me. My cell phone number has been on the Do Not Call registry since 10/08/2010. The robo call says "This is Anne (or similar) from Account Services (or Card Holder Services) for an urgent issue with your credit card..." They make it sound as if I had deliquient debt. The recording goes on "...to lower your credit card rate press 1 to talk to a service representative." I press 1, wait for a live operator, and politely ask the live operatior to stop all calls to me, but they immediately hang up on me. I call back the number, but the number is disconnected.

To lower interest rates on credit cards. We wait for the recorded message to finish and when the person comes on the line we tell them not to call back. Some hang up, some threaten to call back tomarrow, some threaten to call everyday.
