offered to lower my interest rate on credit cards- I followed the prompts twice-The first time I asked them to remove me from the call list- the man gave me a rasberry and hung up. My second attempt to get information- when the girl asked me for my ss number- I asked for company name and address- she just hung up THIS IS MY SECOND COMPLAINT

Reduced credit card interest rate. A woman identifies herself as "Ann". When you select the "remove my phone number" option nothing happens. When you tell the operator they hang up. They use different numbers at different times but "Ann" is always their opening spokesperson. They never identify their company name or location. By hey call almost every day.

Something about a free gift is you press a number.... did not really listen to the entire msg. was trying to listen for the opt out option, but there is none. it just hangs up when you dont press any number. When I called the number back, in hopes of getting off the call list, a recording says there is "no such number and to please try the number and dial again."
