This time I did press 1 as I intended to provided who ever answered a piece of my mind but all I got was nothing, no response, no music, just a dead line until I hung up.

The message states they are calling to help you lower you credit card rate, when you press 1 to speak to a person, they hang up on you if you ask them to many questions or ask to speak to a supervisor.
