to lower my interest rate on my credit card, but they never say what credit card. i never heard them say a name of who they are and they always say it is my last call because time is running out. and on the voicemail the beg of the message is always cut off.

supposedly a political survey. offered free cruise for 30 second survey.

Claimed they were taking a survey (an allowed DNC exemption) and if I participated, I would be given a free 2 person, 2 night cruise to the Bahamas if I simply picked up the gratuities and port-of-call tax. (No legitimate survey I have taken has promised such compensation.) They required a credit card number to charge the PoC tax to. I doubt this is a legitimate survey; I believe it is a scam to gain access to credit card numbers using a loophole in the Do-Not-Call law as a cover.
