Called kept claiming it was about my visa card. I don't have a visa card when I hung up the same person called me back in a threatening manner. They just don't stop.

Indian speaking male told me he was with Credit Card Services. They had been given the authority to reduce my interest rates on my credit cards. He had the name of a couple of my cards but also of some closed accounts. When I pressed him to explain how they had the ability to lower my interest rate he would not explain this. I asked him how much it would cost me and the just wanted to give me a financial number that would lower my rate. I finally got upset and told him to not call back and he got very belligerent and told me that I was disrespectful and that he would be calling me every day. This number has been blocked on my phone.

843-748-9641 as well as other numbers including 855-563-4431 keep calling about reducing credit card interest. When asked company name it is Credit Card Services and when I googled it was not able to locate. They gave an excuse for being not able to find on the internet. Address they provided was for another company. This is a total scam.

Mr Roberts claims they can lower your interest rates. You can call the credit card company and do it without his help

They claimed I was eligible to lower my interest rates on all MasterCard and Visa cards I have, I just had to prove who I was and that I had the card by providing the last 8 digits of my card and then my zip code. If I expressed concern they explained that they won't be asking for the security code on the back of the card or any security information like my mother's maiden name and that's proof they were legit. They even provided me with their name and ID number for me to use if unhappy with the call, but wouldn't supply a clear company name or way to prove who they were. They got angry when I asked for proof of who they claimed to be.
