they've called me a few times today they called i didnt answer so i called back using *67 someone actually answered "this is david keys this call may be monitored and recorded for quality purposes"

They keep calling and no one is ever there when i answer! And somehow they are getting around the app because I have them blocked yet the calls keep ringing through.

No one answer when pick up. Calls every day. Two or three times a say,

Just received a call from this number. Caller ID says Charleston. No one on the other end of the phone.
