I have spoken a few times to the customer service rep, they really do have some awesome deals for service for my business only reason I haven't signed up yet is waiting closer till my contract with my current provider is up so they can help me get out of it they are just trying to do their jobs and it's not a scam , please treat them like human beings cause they are!!!
