Scam. Exact transcript as above. I contacted my local law enforcement and verified there is no investigation or charges against me. Do not give them money or let them harass you

I also received a call today. Here is an exact transcript of the voicemail message I received:

"Hello case investigator Smith calling in regards to a complaint filed against [my name]. After a thorough review and investigation of this affidavit I do find that the documents forwarded to my office do indeed support the order for you to appear in court on alleged check fraud. I'd like to speak with your prior to signing off on this paperwork. I need you to contact me immediately at 844-207-6373. [My name] that is a toll free line you should have no difficulty returning my call. Please reference pretrial docket number 50284. Be advised failure to respond will leave me no choice but to execute the paperwork referencing your appearance in county court and I will execute this paperwork at your residence as well as your place of employment. [My name] you've been notified.

Received a call from this number stating I am being taken to court for check fraud. They called my number and 2 family members numbers. I returned the call and was told this matter was from 2010 and a bench warrant would be issued and i should have my defense attorney present. I then told the "detective" I would feel more comfortable meeting at the police station. He said ok that's fine, without telling me what police station to meet at, and then hung up. I'm not sure what's going on.
