I got that same call this morning from a patrick sanders stating that he was an investigator calling from my county and that he had a summons for me to sign and that i had 60 minutes to give them a payment or they was proceeding with the courts called me from an unknown number but the first call was from my sheriffs department fax number that he spoofed. called my local court house and sheriffs department and had to file a complaint because this man had my full social secruity number

They claimed I had check fraud. Get this .. I don't even own any checks. Threatened with the same scenario as the above scams. They also mentioned my county.. got some nerve.

Threatened me and my husband for a 2005 payday loan that was supposed to be paid, said they'd pick my husband up and send him to jail, with no bail,. if we didn't agree to pay what they wanted, Said that my husband was passing bad checks, intent to defraud a bank,check fraud, passing an illegal instrument (the check?)The man's name was Patrick, and the number was 844-207-6389. Had me in tears before he was thru, my husband had a stroke not long before they called and lost his job, so I was very easy mark.

Sanders left message on my wife's phone she was vary upset but as I showed her some of the language he used was not right so for fun I have been calling daily letting them know she is still waiting for the police to get here they promised to send them? they get so mad !!, sad guys like this have nothing Im calling kansas attorney general's office and reporting them you should to

I saw the call was restricted and I hung up on the caller, which apparently made him mad. He called back and left a message on my voice mail, claiming he was a case investigator from the county courts (he named my county), which if I'm not mistaken, is a crime to impersonate an officer of the courts.
He had information about me and claimed I was involved in a criminal case I probably wasn't even aware of. He said he'd been willing to give me the benefit of doubt but not after I'd hung up on him. He then stated he'd be there in 30 minutes with deputies to take me into custody, and left this number for me to call to speak with attorneys. He then called my 87 year old mother with a similar story about me. I've never been in trouble and figured it was some sort of scam but, not before it upset me. I have Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma (cancer), am terminal and can't afford to be upset. This putz has no soul.
I called the local police department and they told me if he calls again, to inform him that I've spoken with them. What he's doing is definitely illegal.

They called me saod I was being investigated for payday looans in 2008 were very rude made vulgar sexual comments suggesting way off payment. Then threatened me with jail

Was a number left in a voice mail from a supposed 'investigator' with my local sheriff office looking to arrest me for some old payday loan from 2009. Had received an unknown call earlier from the investigator who then transferred me to another person to give me more details. He didn't provide more details, just more threats, then he disconnected the call. He called back from a number (non-traceable) near my location and was extremely rude and nasty. Claimed I hung up on him and that they were coming to get me to take me to jail. His phone line kept cutting out and I finally said I'm not interested and hung up. Shortly there after I get a call which the caller ID read my local SO number. I don't answer the the supposed investigator leaves a message that they don't understand why I'm not cooperating and if I don't call this 844 number immediately I'll be spending the day in jail. I'm still waiting to be picked up.... I did call my local SO and they have no 'investigator' or other employee by that name. Advise to ignore calls and give them no information.
