This person says I'm being sued for a payday loan I did not take out in a year I was not in the state they say I was in. It's not on my credit report and all over the Internet people are saying it's a scam. I've asked them not to call anymore yet they still try so now I tell them the call is being recorded and they hang up immediately.

Got the call . it's a recorder with my name and claim number. Received all week. No familiar with it.

I got the same call saying that I didn't pay a loan for $400 through a client that they cannot provide info on but mentioned that Archway Holden has fwrd the account on the behalf of the client who they don't know...then mentions something about Bank of America...they have contacted my family members phone number that I don't use for references...they asked questions to confirm info that they had in their system (which were old) I told them that I will not confirm anything and that if I really do owe something, send it in writing. The guy was rude and says that the client wanted to settle this out of court for $790...I told him if it's legal, then put it in writing and send it to me. He got irritated and says, "What did you say? Good luck in court and we will not remove the numbers on file!" then hung up. hahahaha stupid foreigners trying to rip off people in america!

This company calls stating they have your case regarding money you owe on a Pay Day Loan.

Not sure but they say they have a claim that they are working on but when I call back no one ever answers and when I get to a voice mail it's always full and can't except any more messages. So I feel like the are scammers

Yes they call me and family threatening to arrest every they've called to reach me.

Threatening too with debt that's not mine and using illegal tactics to collect a debt also harassing people I don't even associate with anymore
