Monica from this number (844) 218-3517 has been calling me just about everyday leaving a voicemail stating this is her Final notice and attempt to get a hold of me. And that if I don't call her back immediately then she will proceed with getting my address and work address to send proper documentation and that legal action will be taken if I don't return her phone call. This kind of stuff has been happening to me often enough to where I recognize scams from legitimate companies. I also have studied into the law of how debt collectors can get a hold of you and there are a lot of violations that you pick up on very quickly once you know The law of what they're allowed to say and do and what period of time they're allowed to call your phone. Anyways this is a scam. Debt collectors or anyone of that matter cannot call and make threats, demand a phone call back nor can they mention legal action. If any of that were true,what they say, then it's automatically filed with the court and law enforcement would deliver court documents to your home. Only time a LEO would show up at your place of employment is if you had a warrant.

They Literally have called me as well. They have been trying this scam on me for years now! do not give them ANY information of yours. There is NO way they can "Serve" you over the phone. It is COMPLETELY FAKE
