They called me today with the wire fraud threat. Called from 866-735-6376. Name was mr. Williams. I gave them debit info to pay. What should I do

This number 832-266-0138 has called my job nonstop, even harassing the secretary. She is exceptionally rude and has begun asking for my managers name and even saying that they are going to come to my job and settle this matter face to face. I am still unsure what matter it is bc they really won't give me any information. Just harassment. They also tried to scare me by saying they are going to take my car...? I believe it is for a payday loan or something but I haven't seen any type of paperwork. Like geez. This is a little too much.

I keep getting calls from this number asking for a friend of mine. They would not tell me their name or company that they worked for even after I insisted I was uncomfortable discussing my friend's personal matter with them. The number that called me was 832-266-0138. I think it is a scam as I am just this girl's friend and I have no idea how they got my number. When I asked him to put me on the do not call list he said he wouldn't unless I gave them my friend's number. This is harassment! I even told them I don't care what they needed to do to my friend but that I am not her and to stop calling me! He said they were filing a claim against her social and suing her or something. Not that I want anything bad to happen to my friend but this is none of my business and they need to stop calling me!

These people seriously have no life... They called my mother claiming I was about to have a judgment against me for fraudulent activity with a pay day loan. Gave my mother all kinds of information and never asked for my contact information. Asked my mother to get in touch with me.... My mother then asked me about it... Did some research and discovered it a scam!!! No company will call a relative or friend seeking information and giving out information about said task (its illegal look it up) second if it was a real company seeking to truly resolve the issue they would ask for contact information would be no he said she said and my favorite is can you ask them or or her... The guy (Ryan) then called a s find time asking my mother if she had spoken with me. Wouldn't tell her the company. I then called the number (832-266-0138) in which I discovered the name of the company. I also spoke with a lady who was very rude and wouldn't tell me her name. I said I was going to verify the company with the FBI in which she yelled at me and said why don't you do that and then call me back! In which I did call the FBI and it is an on going scam alert! They also give incorrect information and try to get you to pay the balance off and pocket the money... Also changing the number around for certain people and set lines up to be discontinued for certain numbers. My advice block the calls and report all calls... Always verify and never give information out on the phone!
