Told me to call a number to get my $299.99 refund

Robocall stating they are out of business...when I returned the callback to inquire about the call I advised by Alex that I purchased a computer on June 26, 2019, and that I would receive a refund of $399.99...when I said I did not and advised that I would reporting this number to the FTC he hung up and when I tried calling back, no answer after multiple rings and then I get a busy signal..
Robocall stating they are my security privider and they have gone out of business. Eutger press 1 or call them back to get my 399.99 back.
