THEY ARE CALLING MY GRANDMOTHER STATING I OWE THEM FUNDS AND THREATENED TO TAKE ME TO COURT FOR OVRE 3,000. YEAH NICE TRY

They keep calling me with fictitious names claiming they are owed money by my family. A Total Scam!

They called me from two different numbers today, 844-236-6552 and 844-279-4732 and they had my info as well, they wouldnt tell me who they were or why they were calling until I confirmed my Social and I told them no and hung up..

I got a phone call from 1-844-236-6552 and the person on the other end told me that I took a payday loan out using my Wells Fargo account in 2011 and I told them that I didn't have a Wells Fargo account in 2011, and the said I took a $300.00 loan out and if I didn't want to pay them back that I would be sued for $2300.00 and I could pay them back two different ways one was paying $810. in two payments, or I could pay them 202.50 in for payments. until I paid it off. And when I told them that I couldn't do that she said I would be sued. and hung up. and than I tried to call her back all it did was ring and ring

got the same call yesterday and they said the same thing about the $810 dollars on a payday loan of $300 that we never had. It was scary how much info that actually had. I said send me something showing I actually did this and they said we don't have to provide anything. My response was then I guess you will have to sue me and they hung up on me.

The # 8442366552 called me but I couldn't pick up... Monday and Tuesday the # 8442157133 called me and said I took out a payday loan in 2012 .... Not true... They had all my info... Scary right...they tried to scare me n tell me if I didn't pay I was gonna be sued for 2000$$ ...lol..they even sent me a docusign for payments... They claim the last 4 digits of my checking acct in 2012 was the last four I have now... I had to change everything.... Be aware of things n watch out everyone..
