We just received the same call from 844 240 2046

I just got the same phone call from 717-722-0706 saying the same as above. wanting me to call back 844-240-2046 ext 240. I called the court house in Pike county PA who told me that the file number they gave me isn't even something they would use. Everyone just be careful.

I have been recently receiving weekly harassing phone calls from this phone # 617-463-9354 , but when I tried to call it back it comes up out of service, so I Googled it and found out that it's a landline phone located in South Boston. Several different people have called me from this number reading from what seems to be the same script! They have called me on June 1st, 7th, 14th, and 17th 2016-with this exact message ~
Hello, I am calling from Legal Support Services in conjunction with Norfolk County in regards to a sealed court summons we received under your name and Social Security #. This is notice of intent to serve you to appear in court, unless we receive a release order in regards to the complaint that has been filed against you. Someone will be at your residence or place of employment accompanied by a uniformed officer within the next 2 days. For safety precautions please keep all firearms and pets secured inside your residence. You are required to be present with 1 form of State ID. If you have any questions or would like to reschedule call our claims office at 844-240-2046 in reference to the case # on file. Good luck!

Then this morning the same # called me again, but this time it was a woman with a very thick spanish accent I could barely understand, and it went something like this ~

We have contacted you a few times regarding a place in our schedule to deliver you a notice of intent to appear in court, and you are aware that you date is tomorrow.. Due to your non-compliance we will be sending someone to your residence or place of work today between 1-5pm. You must be present with 1 form of ID. Failure to be present will result in direct refusal and that will send your case back to the proper personnel- If you have any questions call our claims office at 844-240-2046 in reference to the case # on file. First of all I don't have any debt, and I have a 750 fico score on my credit report, so I would never normally ignore something like this, so just to be safe I called the "actual" Norfolk County Sheriffs Dept, and spoke with a sheriff's deputy who I happen to know, and he would be the person serving me a summons for my area!. If I did actually have a "real "summons to appear in court, he would know about it, and even he said it sounded like BS! But, just to triple check he told me to call the courthouse clerk's office and check with them to see if there are any open or pending cases against me there and guess what, there are none! I am reporting them to the FCC and FTC so they can suck it! Don't worry about them, they are not legit and are just trying to scare you into calling them back!
