They have called me multiple times about a court summons. I ignored it because they had they wrong last name and it sounded like a spam. I finally decided to call the number back because the last name sounded like maybe they were pronouncing mine wrong and I was starting to get curious. The man accused me about lying to them about my name, last four and phone number (yes, like an idiot I gave them that information). They said they didn't have that number in the system and said if I kept lying I had going to get in more trouble and refused to take my number off their call list (since they said it wasn't on there to begin with).

They called me about a debt I had resolved through franklin services over a year ago. When I told them I was broke and could not make a payment right on the spot, they couldn't end the call fast enough!
