I called them back on behalf of my husband and she screamed at me. Called her from another phone and she started talking about another "case" they are a scam they keep trying to transfer me to litigation department. So the "lawsuit department" total scam they wont be calling me or my family again.

This number blocks it number and then leaves a voice mail. Uses your name and says its in reference to someone else. That you need to call them back and gives you a case number. When called they use a old address of yours and try and say your a reference. They will continue to call you I received, 3 call in less than a 10 minute span from them.
