I just got a call from Unknown answered it thinking it was my father's doctor. He said he was looking for my daughter and had papers to serve her. He gave me this number to call and they would contact him to give him a release order. I called woman answered and knew what I was calling about before I said anything. She said if I made payment arrangements the could stop the papers being served at work. I fell for it hook line and sinker. I have called my bank and they are aware of this. Beware

mike Palmer called saying the same thing. down to a T. that i was about to miss a courtdate and they where going to my employer and then coming to my home, telling me if i didnt respond or sign or pay whatever that i was going to jail tonight lol gave me a number (the one listed above) and a case number which i then spoke to a lady and she claimed to be with a credit company and had all my credit information wanting me to make a large payment or elae face civil charges... calling my credit company now to see if this is real

Received a call from an unknown number that kept calling repeatedly; he left a message saying it was a legal matter and that I was going to miss a court date and that I needed to be available between 12-5 to sign some documents in front of witnesses at my job or home with two forms of ID. Borders on harassment for repeated calls back to back, he called about three times before leaving a voicemail message.

Same here. They don't want to disclose if they are collecting for someone and when I told them I was recording this conversation, they IMMEDIATELY said they were EDS, a healthcare company, and make no outbound calls. When I said the message left is his voice and now I have recorded it again. He freaked out. Lol. Totally illegal what they are doing.

They asked for social security number and full address and provided a phony case number, asking for an elderly family member. I called them back, told them the call was recorded, and they sounded very intimidated on the phone. They also hanged up after being questioned where they got the number.
It's a scam.
