They called me and said I owed money from a $400 loan from 4 years ago. Couldn't tell me the original lender or amount. Caller told me if I didn't make a payment arrangement they would have me brought to court.

These people are ruthless. I knew it was a scam when they said it was about a loan 6 years ago, and could only take money over the phone. They said I had charges against me by local law enforcement and got extremely nasty telling me I was scum "for not paying my bills". They even got the phone numbers from my daughter in Mississippi and son in Alabama and have been calling and harassing them almost every day! These people need to be arrested for fraud and harassment. My daughter has a 3 year old son with leukemia and doesn't need this kind of added stress!

They started contacting me, Tuesday of this week on my cphone and my supervisors'. They do this 2 or 3 times a day. With both our phones. I talked with my supervisor about it being a scam and he says they are definely trying to get money from you. I said, agree. They are useing a few numbers. To avoid getting caught.

They are saying that we owe a debt from 2011 of $390.00 and that we will get served by a process service. Everytime we try to get information, we get "See you in court." and get hung up on.

I don't owe any money cause I pay my bills and don't borrow money. I have been scammed a lot for over a year but I save all these messages. They try to scare people into giving them money. They said a claim has been filed against me. I do have a good lawyer. I am tired of these scams. Wish they would get a job instead of trying to scam people who actually work for a living. The number they used was 844-261-9170. Sounds more like a computer voice.
