The number records the same message daily. No sign they know who I am; no sign of who they are billing for. Something like: If you received a bill for your recent stay in the hospital (I have none), call the number or go to payclearcontacts.com (?). She gave the number twice, but gave the website only once, slurred, as if she didn't want me to really get it and be forced to call. It's hard to tell whether the call is exploiting the good name of a legitimate site (if payclearcontacts is legit), or whether the call is driving traffic to a scam site (payclearcontacts looks tacky and unprofessional, like it is phishing for personal information).
