Said a file with my name and SS# was pulled or up for legal review and I must call back within 24 hours

A person named "Alex" left me a message (from an unknown number) and said the firm - "Berghman and Associates" - have a record on file for a family member and to call them back at (844)-277-0052.
Looked it up before doing anything and it seems it's a scam.
Unbelievable that people do this right before the holidays.
