When I did finally answer the call the lady speaking Jamaican and wouldn't answer my questions about date of payday loan what name of company was used, her address . she got very angry and repeatedly told me I wasn't listening to her and I explained that she must be the middleman and she hung up. Getting really tired of family receiving these calls. She said she trying to help me get this settled. I explained to her that no money was put into my bank or tried to take out. They called me from 866 410-0056 but had to leave a message. The message said press 0 to speak to a rep or call back on 844 279-7423 and reference claim number. I asked plenty of questions what company you represent and where are you located, what company gave you my information? They named a list of payday loan companies which I have never been a part of--they became angry told me I was going to go to court.

I been getting call from IPS and they been calling me from three different number. Talking about they deposit 300.00 in my account. I ask her when was this and I haven't receive no money from Greenwood Holding Group then I told her that I don't have checking account and never had one. I told her that I was going to have my lawyer to call her and she told me that she was going to done a process the lawsuit that she trying to help me outso it wouldn't go to court. She was very rude. I told her that this was a fraud and I read a lot of people saying that they pay y'all and y'all still calling them two days later saying that they still owe them money. She didn't want to hear that and didn't deny it one time that it wasn't a fraud. She keep speaking overa me. I am wondering is this identity theft. IPS called my wife trying to collect on a payday loan thru oakwood services had all info on my wife never took loan from them. said we were going to receive summons. They called my work on a fax line first. Our receptionist put them through to me on the phone. I asked if I could call them back on my lunch hour and was given the number 855-922-7628 to call and a claim # and ext to ask for. Tied calling them several times on my lunch, and tried calling the number they told me too plus the 844-279-7423 they had left me a VM to call. No answer at either number and I let it ring and ring each time. Got back to work and informed receptionist that it's a scam. She rang me 2 minutes later and said they were on the phone again. The gal on the phone sounded Jamaican. I told her I had looked them up online and saw the reports of this being a scam and told her if she called me again I was reporting to the FTC. She has not called back. I told our receptionist to hang up if they called again.
