This app blocked it so I'm happy. Wanted to also file a complaint so everyone here knows...

They have been calling and hanging up for weeks, even if I answer. I called back and she said I don't need to get ugly with her!!! The gall!!!

Its been calling me and said that i have a claim number and owe some debt. I told them that I don't have any debt and inform me to see in court. They are soo annoying and threatening you.

They have started calling my family and friends how can I make this stop

They have called numerous times under different numbers. I searched and con them into giving their name. They are First Recovery Associates. These people have said they claim against from Gateway Holding. I have never of them. They also told me the claim was from the Department of Labor and then in same conversation, they stated is was a payday loan. This company is located in California

Name was Tony said someone filing a claim against my son. Gave them no information whatsoever!!!!!

Complete scam.....do not give them any info.

so annoying....they call all the time. I just add each # to the auto reject option. There is nothing we can do, I've reported it to the police and everything. i owe no money to anyone, never took a loan out except from a bank. I can't believe these people can't be shut done!

This is a scammer calling my business phone number for an individual. Beware!

Scam

They have called me from three different numbers. I called back and said if the claim was legit then I would have my lawyer call them. The woman hung up on me. They called from 844-298-4709 and left another message. I called back and the person that answered claimed to be a senior member of the legal team. I repeated to him what I said to the first person, to give me contact information that I could pass on to an attorney, he said "good luck in court" and hung up on me. The other numbers they call from are 844-226-8637 and 844-298-4707. I have researched the other two numbers that they use and they have also been reported as a scam. I keep getting calls from this number no mater what I do. I will not give them any information due to I know this is a scam. Soon as you question them they hang up. Call back again a few hours later from another number. Claiming all these serious allegations against me. They have even called my parents home. I have placed complaints to the FTC and they have told me that this is a scam going on and to NOT give any information as well as change my number. The more complaints the FTC get the more they will go after them. so PLEASE go to FTC.gov and put your complaint in.

They stated they have serious allegations against my sister. And gave me a tracking number for her. they would not give me any info. The thing is this is work phone and not a personal phone so how did they get my number to call her? they would not tell me what it was about just serous.
