They called me and left a threatening message re:legal case or something to that effect, as the msg is garbled, but I called them back saying I work at Revenue Canada, btw its called Canada Revenue Agency now, so that should be a tipoff that its a fucking scam!!!

Received automated female voice call threatening legal action and responsibility of a loan if we did not call back the 844 number. SCAM - and on my phone the recorded phone number is actually 780-358-6987. Have been on 2 websites that this scammer has been very busy since April 18th...many scam calls and people leaving comments.

The same number called me , I knew immediately it is a scam. DUCT CLEANING COMPANY FROM INDIA could stand behind it.
They called me numerous times, I stopped taking their calls. Probably this is their hate revenge for it. They left on my answering machine number 1-844-316-5264

The first part of the robo-message was cut off but the part that recorded said that if I or my attorney do not call back I will be fully responsible for all criminal charges.

This is bullshit - just called and spoke to "James" said manager went home ill for the day. Told him I was reporting him and he hung up. Called back and got "James" again - these guys are scammers - BEWARE!

They claimed that they are CRA

I got a partial robocall .. So called to see what it was about.
Special agent brown from CRA
gave a badge number 972148.. Asked for my social insurance number.. I laughed and hung up.

I called them this afternoon. A man with a thick Indian accent told me that Revenue Canada was charging me with willful theft and that the RCMP were on their way to arrest me. I asked him what his name was and he said 'Mark Davis'. I said that your accent doesn't sound like a Mark Davis and he hung up on me.

Got this call today as well as about 6 months ago. If it is real they would leave their name and some kind of case number as a reference...not to mention it would be a live caller and not a random automated call.

They phoned my elderly parents posing as CRA and asked all kinds of questions. My dad gave his name, address, DOB and SIN. I'm going to call the Police Fraud Dept tomorrow. Can they get any other important, private information using his SIN??? Any other suggestions.
