Got the same voicemail from good 'ole Andrea. After reading that it's a scam, I decided to call them up and ask them what company they are. The lady that answered, Michelle, got annoyed when I told her nice try with the scamming, she asked why would I call them & to not call back. I guess they don't like unsolicited calls. Lol

Received same message. from "Andrea Norton" (including comments about a "complaint notice", "3rd attempt to reach me" and contacting my HR dept).
Assumed it was a scam, but called back just to see. They said the "file" attached to my phone number was related to someone who was my roommate over 10 years ago and that the county was trying to deliver legal papers to him. I have no idea how they connected him to my phone number except maybe through a common address from years ago? I'm guessing it's connected to a collection agency.

Called them back, before reading comments. I was concerned. They stated I had a debt from Wachovia from an overdrawn acct in 2009 that they were going to file a civil suit against me if not addressed in three days...Jokes on them. I closed my Wachovia Account in 2007.

Andrea nortan left a voicemail saying I need to call this number to update information. That's super weird. I agree with everyone else who has gotten the call, this is not real, it's a scam.

Call from morbidly obese sounding woman named "Andrea Norton" fron unnamed company about an unlisted conplaint against me and threatening contact with my unnamed company's HR department but weanted me to update my contact information by calling 844-324-3697. Strange. Fat Andrea found my number anyway it appears and wouldn't my HR department already have my contact info? SCAM. "Andrea" just wants to get money to pay for her monthly gravy bill!. >:(

They said they couldn’t reach me we they never tried I called the number back and asked he they were she kept talking so fast so I hung and they kept calling back so I blocked them

Andrea Norton, called regarding a complaint against someone, threatening to call my HR, or payroll department on file. She never addressed me by name & I am fully retired, so this call is puzzling & annoying.
