This company called and said that they have been trying to deliver documents numerous times at numerous addresses if I didn't contact them immediately further actions will take place this is not the first time. It's like if they get no response out of you from one number they find another number.
Same here. They have been calling me for a while now and it did not start until I started paying off my debt. Each time I paid off a creditor and it hit my reports, I would get calls. I am now completely debt free and they called as soon as it hit my ctedit report. Also, they called me by my former marital name, which has been years. Then they started calling me by my maiden name. Also, the debt they had claimed, I know nothing about and even if I did, the statue of limitation has exceeded by 3 years. They also threatened to come to my job a year ago to serve me and I'm a police officer .
