Caller left a message stating that he was Jeff Taylor from GenericPharmacyMed.com and that he was calling to confirm a refund or credit that I should have received on my debit card. I don't know how he obtained it, but he stated my last name and the last four digits of the debit card. This card was hacked about two weeks ago in the same exact manner and was already closed, but not before someone spent $142 in fraudulent charge.

These are fraudulent calls, the customer service reps / pretending to be business you have ordered from before and that they are calling to verify that they are crediting back your credit card account on an amount that they accidentally overbilled on a previous online order, when in actuality they will charge your credit card fraudulently for whatever amount they quoted you over the phone.

Pretends to be a business that you may have ordered from in the past, and tries to place fraudulent orders on your credit card

Yup, they ran my Mastercard for $80 on the 26th of December. I didn't give them my card number. Not sure how they go it. Ordered a new card number just now.
