They keep calling me as we speak. Non stop. They're calling my home, my family, and me multiple Amounts of times. I answered it, but don't think they heard me say "hello" and within .2 seconds, I hear a whispered "fuck" on their behalf, followed by a phone ringing who is then picked up by a "sheriff" that is supposedly gonna serve me "legal" paperwork and if I don't pay $400 for a "payday loan" I supposedly got back in 2012, then I'm gonna have a bench warrant...

Received call from No Caller ID agent Lacey Stone about something fraudulent I "authorized", and given an opportunity to contact Plaintiff before legal action being notified. And the phone call counted as "Legal Notice" - TOTAL BS...A) An "agent" is not an attorney, who is the only person authorized to give any legal advice; B) a phone call does NOT count as legal notice.

Left a voicemail message on my work line and then instantly called my cell phone. This is a scam phone call as I have spoken to these people before and nothing has ever materialized. Besides it was a lie. A payday loan that somehow ballooned into thousands of dollars. No...Just...No

Called and said that they were an Agent Lasco and this was my last attempt to clear this matter before I would be given a summons. they suggested that I had taken out a payday loan in 2012 for $1500, and I have never taken a payday loan out. This was a scammer for sure. What concerned me is that they had enough bits and pieces of information on me that any unsuspecting person may fall for this.

Incoming call "restricted" called repeatedly and left message with this return number. Said he was Agent Dean Garrett and had faxed order regarding "fraudulent banking activity".
