Called regarding a 2009 HBSC that I do not have saying I owed 2650

They called my sister-in-law to say I'm in trouble. I read the above comment. IS this a scam?

This number was left by someone named "Leann" who said she was a "process server" with my county, and that charges had been filed against me to appear in court. She said she'd be "bringing a summons" to my home "between 3-5 tomorrow". If I was not there, she'd show up at my work and get human resources involved. She "strongly suggests" that I call 844-327-6995. A real process server would never call first. She also called a relative later in the day and told them that I was in trouble. I called my local police dept. and sherriff's office to report the scam, and gave them this phone number. You should contact your police department as well, and maybe they can track these people down.
