VM stated the IRS would be filing a law suit against me and to call the number back, I call back and he stated his name was Kevin Smith with the IRS. I asked for a badge number he gave 9719, with heavy Indian Accent stating that I had committed intentional fraud, that for the last 6 months they have sent certified letters to my home with no reply and now they are filing a lawsuit as against me. I asked him to repeat his badge number and he then hung up on me. I called back same guy answered me who gave me a different name and a badge number of IRN1797, after I asked for him to repeat it he hung up and when I called back he didn't answer.
