It is a legit company. I have had prescriptions filled for AUVI-Q, epi-pen alternative, for my son. Luckily, the first time I used them, my sons doctor advised they would be calling or I might have thought it was a scam too. They deliver your prescription within a couple of days.
Sorry bud but you are part of the scam. I’ve been called by them too. They did not have a prescription from my doctor and were phishing for credit card info. It’s a scam!
This is legitimate!
This is a pharmacy calling to fill your "AUVI-Q" prescription. It is a replacement device for Epi-Pens!
You are probably getting this call the same day, or next day, after you visited a doctor or allergy specialist!
For me they called me at MY WORK PHONE, which is weird because I do not recall giving the doctor my work phone.
I was freaked out, because someone in my office got a phone call saying "we need to speak with {MY NAME} about his pharmacy prescription!"
I was sort of surprised and embarrassed.
In any case, this number, at least as of MAY 2018, is being used by ASPEN PHARMACY and/or AUVI-Q to send you your prescription.
This is for real, and if you are even getting this call, you or your child have a SEVERE ALLERGY and you have likely used an Epi-Pen in the past. YOU NEED TO ANSWER THIS CALL!
Note: I have posted this same message on as many 800 number forums as possible. I thought this was some weird scam, but this is a very, very important phone call to answer!
