Numerous calls from unknown source

Keep calling about a collection that was settled in court from victin restitution fund and told it was 2 years ago and they drnf me text messages and call 3 times day. But don't leave messages
They call me two to three times a day. This has been going on for over a month. My spam filter blocks it and won't let it through. But it STILL is annoying. Especially when i see how many times they call.
Unknown number you get 2 chances to leave a message then they get block.

Called to speak with my 85 year old mother. Asked if i could help. Told me it was personal and they could only speak to her. Asked who they were, what they did. No response. Ask to speak to a supervisor and was told, conveniently, one was not available
