Just called me. It is a scam so beware.
Called my mom and told her that I was a person of interest. Just left name and 800 number. Mr. Smith also claimed to work for Harris County, but no one could find his name.

This is a pay day loan scam. Something about U S Title 15. Looked it up and see it is about commerce and trade. They cannot threaten with legal action. They need to be reported.
