I got a call from this phone number today also, they has my ss numbe rand name but they did not have information that made any sence, also they did not have my current address If this was a ligiate lawyers office would they not answer the phone with the correct procedure? so yes this is a scam!!!

If they call you, ask them to provide documentation. They can threaten arrest, jail time, fines, etc., but in reality they are a scam.
