Funny thing is I have a Dodge... but the number they called is my work phone number... I switched Government Agencies AFTER I bought this car... so SPAM, SPAM SPAM SPAM SPAM... You get your recall notices through the mail and then YOU schedule YOUR vehicle with Dodge or Chrysler... not the other way around.
Air bag recall - had my info/car info, but I've already been if repaired. When I couldn't get the date it was repaired out fast enough (shouldn't this be in their system?), caller became rude stating she HAD to have that information. After three times telling her I was at work, and did not know off the top of my head....she rudely spat out 'fine, we'll just keep calling you back'. Hung up and blocked the number. FCA Recall Team needs to train their callers
Same here. Called several times and left same message. I do not own a Chrysler vehicle
Caller just said "FCA Recall Team". She was calling a person I did not know, about a car I do not have. Don't know how she got this number.
never had any such car--spam
