The caller said they were with Synchrony Bank and said, is this "my name"? As soon as I said "Yes" the call disconnected immediately.

No but they send a bill in the mail saying they are PayPal.and they have reported what they say I owe to the credit bureau.i get emails from them alot telling me I owe it even shows on my PayPal account
