Yes. I received a message today from a Sylvia Goldstein but she said Huntingdon Capital. Very irritating phone call threatening garnishment and liquidation of assets. I didn't bother to call her back.
I've receive several calls daily from this number but they never leave a message! I do not answer calls that are not identified on Caller ID! My number is on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY but doesn't stop these calls! They need to be PROSECUTED to the FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW ASAP!!!
Caller identified as Sylvia Goldstein with Pendleton Capital, calling about a "complaint" escalating to an event being "scheduled" at my local courthouse. They are threatening garnishment and liquidation of assets. Although I asked for documentation, they are unable to provide details on the alleged "debt" owed.
