They called saying I owed a payday loan from back in 2012, claimed money was deposited into my account and I closed account after I received funds in 2012. They threaten court, saying a civil suit will be filed now. I said good, what the case number. They didn't provide it. I never took out a payday and they couldn't supply a case#. FRUAD!
