I called them for tech support for a slow printer. Lady was real nice for 45 minutes until she gave me the prices for everything wrong with my computer. When I told her I did not want to continue she became rude and nasty . I told her my friend could fix my printer for free, so she said then do that and locked me outta my pc. She did me a favor. Brought it to my friend same day and updated whole pc. Up & running. Do not call these people!
