I received this call on 11-02-2019 @ 12:13 pm. The identification info on the caller ID was "800 Service". When I returned the call, I was informed by a recorded message that the call was relative to a overdue debt with SunTrust Bank. I have a checking account with SunTrust, but do not have any loans or debt.
I was placed on hold for 5 minutes, and when the caller answered her first comment was "Hi, Welcome to SunTrust Bank - may I have your Name and Account Number". I said no and she hung up immediately. I
