Called my Boston business to say they were shutting off service due to non payment.
When I returned the call to above number, they answered National Grid. I was directed to the extension I was given. They were working me over. It is so easy to get caught up in the moment with their nonsense. They wanted me to go to a CVS with ID and $800 to avoid "interruption in service". They had an answer to every objection I posed. I have reported the number to National Grid and Eversource.
