Same scam. These idiots are just using different numbers now. Just ignore the calls and if you do talk to them, tell them you will not discuss anything with them unless and until they send you a debt validation notice through US mail, which is required under the FDCPA. If they say they will file suit, tell them what I told them: if you are stupid enough to do that, I will counter sue you and I will win because you are breaking the law. I then told them I would not talk to them again unless they send a debt validation notice. They told me they would have to file suit; I'm still waiting for the papers...I document these calls--date, time, whether home or cell, brief description of message, etc.

Refused to provide any proof of debt or provide me with a mailing address for my lawyer to send a proof of claim request!! Hung up on me twice!

This is crazy this scam has phone numbers of our family members that they want us to get a hold of family member that has a loan to pay off and they want money now. The number to watch out for is 844-501-4817. They have been calling my house for two months now and I threatened them with harassment and will report them if they call again. Also to be warned that these debt collectors has the borrowers social security number besides.
