Calling daily leaking a message for someone that is not me.
TACS 844-962-6776 different number same B.S. Said my wife has an account with them in collections. Gave me a claim # but no details. They asked me to provide the last 4 digits of her social security #, I said I don't have them right now. I called them back and gave them the claim # and then gave them a fake last 4 and they said that is not the number they have on file. I said I made that number up because I was unable to verify that your company was legitimate. I searched their phone number on the web and tried to find their webpage. The "operator" tried to sway me to believing her. I asked if they have a web page? She said yes, but refused to give me the web addresss (huh?). Then I asked if they have a business identification number so that I can verify with the better business bureau that they are legit, and she pretty much ended the call then. They multiple ladies I spoke with spoke English, but had an Indian (India) or Pakistani type accent.
This company called my mom who lives 1,000 miles away from me and said I owed them $500 for a payday loan and charges were going to be filed against me. I have never taken out a pay day loan and don't know who this is. AAAHHHH!!!!!
Claimed they were handling a case for an imaginary pay-day loan that I've never heard of.
I received calls from TACS. They say they are legitimate; however, they fail to give mailing address. Please do not listen to these idiots. It is against the law for them not to give you a mailing address.
