Scammers trying to collect money for a fake payday loan allegedly in my name.

They have called at least once a day for the past week. Started this week the number had called twice a day! Always with the same message that they are processing a claim for an in-law. No idea how they got my number, but rather annoying.
I don't know who this is and don't really care. If you don't make yourself known immediately I will figure you are a scammer,however this number has called my cell everyday for the last week and the only thing I can think of I went on line under a secure site ( so I thought) to ask for an extension on my taxes recently. Now this caller has started. If they are truly legit they will mail it thru the US Postal service.Until then I will just ignore.
