Yes. Asked me was the last 4 of my SS# 2*** but wouldn't tell me who was calling. When I told him I was not verifying information until I new who was calling he said He would not be able to call.

I have received several calls from this number. Voice mails left too. I have contacted them twice to remove my number, as I am not the person they have been calling for.

They have called me twice from the same number advising they are trying to collect a debt from a payday loan I never took out. They said it was from 2012. I monitor my information and no type of debt has turned up on my credit for that in the last 4 years I told them I never took out the loan and they said I am still responsible for the loan. They threatened me I have looked the company up and the lender they say I took the loan from and I am unable to find any legitimate information for the companies.

They keep calling harassing me when i tell them to stop calling

Recently received a call from this number +1 (844) 514-6247 saying I had an outstanding pay day loan. I immediately said that was a lie; so I asked what company was loan from and she instead that I verify the last 4 digs of my ssn. I wouldn't and kept asking for the name of the company and she hung up on me. I called back and same thing

This so call Transamerica Services called me on my house phone and my cell phone... They would not provide me any type of information viva paperwork or any type of correspondents... Hung up on them and call FTC!

Hello. I keep getting the same calls. Does anyone have an address or any information to be able to report them to BBB? I know they call themselves Transamerica Consumer Services but that is all I could get out of the guy that told me I have a debt on a loan which I never took and naming a bank that I haven't been affiliated with for over 8 years.

Called and left a message about a 'claim' for someone else. Blocked the number!

Been getting calls from 1-844-514-6247 about a claim number and need to call them. got several calls with same message and because I was so annoyed I called them back. I spoke to someone and gave the claim number according to my phone message. I asked what it was all about. They said they're a collection agency (Transamerica) and collecting money from me for what I owe to a credit card in 1999. Luckily he mentioned the name of the bank card and I was able to call right away. The bank card told me I do not owe them anything and never referred me to a collection agency. I called this scam number back and they threatened me that they'll impose additional penalties if I don't pay. I told them that I called the bank card and I owe nothing and they hang up right away. I'm going to report them to the BBB as soon as possible.

These people have called me probably 20-30 times now, my cell and my work.

Lady called stating that I defaulted on a payday loan. I asked her to mail me the information, she refused. Stated that I needed to take care of the debt today or face judgement. Said she already has the court order to have me arrested for fraudulent activity. I told her I would be sitting on the front porch waiting.
