They called me saying I owed a payday loan (NOT) I told her let me speak to a manager or get a business address or a fax number...she said it was not about them it was about my debt I owed (MORON). I called her a scam artist and hung up

Today is 6/22/16 and I received a call from these ppl about a business matter. They wanted me to confirm my info. I didn't. They said that the name of the company was Transamerica, I googled it and found nothing. I asked them to send me something in writing, the female told me to have a good day and hung up on me.

SCaM, threatening, said I'm going to jail
when i asked for something in writing about alleged debt they hung up

same here Have been called for several weeks with a bogus file #. scam artists! we all need to unite and ensure these evil people get arrested!

They now call themselves CACS. Have been called for several weeks with a bogus file #. They say I have a payday loan from 4 years ago (I don't ) from a company I've never heard of. I told them if it was true, send me the original debtors info. Of course they wouldn't have since there is not any debt. When I told them they sounded like scam artists they stopped calling.....for about 2 days. I told them they could continue to call but would not get anything from me especially if I don't owe anything.

Very rude woman with strong Indian accent. Told her I do not have a payday loan but she kept talking over me threatening me with legal action. Again, I do not have a payday loan out. They also keep calling me on my husband's phone as they do not even have my number. This is the second time they have tried this. The first time was about two years ago and we put in a complaint with the Public Utilities Commission. They use bullying tactics and intimidating tactics to try and scare you to pay money on a bogus loan.

Money scam, they are pretty good they even had the last 4 of my old checking acct! The scam artist said she was from TACS a collection agency. She hung up as soon as I said cops!

They called and tried to say I owed money from 2012 for a 300 check that they were unable to cash. As soon as I said " I feel sorry for you because your boss is a scum sucking dirt bag that is having you run a scam!" She got pissed and started yelling at me. I said " I'm calling the cops and reporting you!" She hung up as soon as I said the word cops, hahahaha

Is an offshore scam. Claiming to be ACE Cash Express trying to collect a payday loan I never had. The REAL ACE says this is not them & is working with the FBI to resolve. The frightening thing is they have a lot of personal info they shouldn't have. They have also sent very poorly written emails in broken English making ridiculous threats. I wouldn't take them seriously, but if you are concerned, check your credit & notify your bank.
